1 yellow bell pepper,  diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 medium carrots, cubed

1 zucchini, cubed
2 cups butternut squash, (or pumpkin) diced
1 medium sweet potato, peeled, diced
2 cups organic, gluten-free vegetable broth

5-6 medium vine ripened tomatoes, diced 
1 15-oz. can of organic kidney beans
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp gluten-free chili powder
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
